For Adam

Hey Guys, Adam has asked for me to find some vector work for you.  Here are a few of my favourite websites i come back to for inspiration, I can't do most of the portrait designs at the moment.... well in so much detail anyways lol,  but here is a tip.... don't just use the pen tool, most of the self portraits are traced using a lightbox then scanned into the computer. Brushes are then made so make a realistic hair line. Also get a colour wheel so you can blend the colours so it gives it a much more realistic look :). If anyone else needs some ideas let me know :)

I also have a tutorial how to do this style of vector work, ill try find it for you guys

Thanks

Also check out my idol Dan Mumford, all his work is hand drawn and then brought into Photoshop and he normally uses a tablet (stu has one - digital pen basically) I also have one i can bring into lessons to help out.

Here is his link - http://www.dan-mumford.com

Vector Art is so popular now though i think to stand out from the crowd you need to be very creative and design some shit hot pieces lol.

Hope this helps though
